If you are trying to use Microsoft Word on your mac and you are getting YOUR ACCOUNT DOESN'T ALLOW EDITING ON A MAC, like shown below:

Click on USE ANOTHER ACCOUNT and login with your Office 365 email account and password ([email protected]).  You must be an enrolled student to have the proper license to use MS Office, if unsure, contact the IT Helpdesk.

 It may make you restart office or even your mac.
