You may encounter a situation where you’ll need to run a Banner process or job and view the output.  You can use the built-in DATABASE printer to view output files or you may select to enter PDF as the printer name.  Entering PDF for the printer in a Banner job (GJAPCTL) will automatically e-mail you the output of the Banner job upon completion.  Note that most jobs will be encrypted before being sent and will require extra steps to login and decrypt the output.
