Screen Sharing and Annotating While Using Zoom

Presenters can share their screen and upload documents while presenting. They can also use the annotation feature to annotate while presenting. Screensharing and annotation features are generally reserved for the meeting hosts, unless otherwise enabled on the individual meeting settings. Hosts can adjust meeting permissions to allow others to screen share during the meeting.
