Please visit: mypass.concord.edu > then select "Change Password".
Choosing "Reset Password" on the Microsoft Office login will not function.
Wait about 5-10 minutes, then try logging in again, if you are receiving any errors in the login process, try clearing your web browser history (i.e. Google Chrome, Safari, Edge, Internet Explorer) & try again.
*Please note* this will change the passwords for all of your student accounts (i.e. mycu, blackboard, etc.)
