How to activate your Concord University account

For new students:

 

To Activate Your Account:

  1. In the browser of your choice, please visit: mypass.concord.edu
  2. Under First Login and Password Reset select Reset Password
  3. Enter your account name provided in the welcome e-mail, and click Next
  4. Answer the three security questions with the information you provided the Admissions Department, then click Next
  5. Create a password (minimum of 10 digits, with upper-case, lower-case, numbers, & a special character) and click Proceed
  6. Your account is now activated and ready to use.
